TEAM BUILDING Experience

First contact

Relaxation/stretching dynamics

Let's get to work!

Meeting with all attendees in the hall of La Canica, a venue located in the Gracia district of Barcelona.

Before we begin to delve into the group dynamics, we will begin a series of stretches on the floor (linoleum) to warm up and relax the mind. It is advisable to come in comfortable clothing.

This is the phase of the experience where we put ourselves at the service of music, improvisation and teamwork. Using various instruments, not just percussion.

We will work on creating a small piece of music that will allow us to connect with the team and feel like we are part of a beautiful mechanism in which everyone is part of the whole without any kind of hierarchy. We will have professional audio equipment to be able to immerse ourselves in the film and make this journey a unique experience.
